Hickory, North Carolina 28601
This chorus provides an opportunity for the very best singers from across the state (grades 6,7,and 8) to come together and work with nationally acclaimed choral conductors. Since there are no year choral classes at South Charlotte Middle School, only 1st semester 7th and 8th graders are eligible to audition. Students will practice their sight reading skills. FAN (Fine Arts Network) will pay the $15 audition fee for each student. Deadline to commit to auditioning (with signed permission from parent): A Day Classes: Wednesday, September 6, 2017; B Day Classes - Tuesday, September 5, 2017.
